Transform Finance is the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location-based information. We ask for your name, address, email, and phone number to be able to contact you during the initial stages of a project.
Why we need your data:
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with ongoing organizational updates, analysis, and services to communicate with you to maintain your website. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. Because we are collecting your data, we take extra care with our security. We ensure that all of our sites can be accessed through secure HTTPS protocols, and actively maintain the security on our clients’ websites if they have opted into our maintenance program.
What we do with your data
All personal data we process is reviewed and stored securely by our employees and contractor for the purpose of communicating throughout a project or maintaining your website. We use a secure password manager to store information so that our team can access relevant login information regardless of their location. We cannot control what access third parties have to your data without your consent. Transform Finance does not share, rent, sell or lease your personal information to any unaffiliated person or entity for any reason and without your fully expressed consent.
How long we keep your data
We keep basic personal data (name, address, contact details) and any information you give us for marketing or promotional purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive and store this information.What are your rightsIf at any point you believe the information we process is incorrect, you can request to see this information and request to have it corrected and/or deleted. It is your right to view and update any personal information we have about you.
