Community-Owned Real Estate (CORE) Program Coordinator

Transform Finance is working to scale awareness and capital for Community-Owned Real Estate (CORE): real estate transactions where communities have rights to decision making and/or economic value created. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director of Transform Finance. The responsibilities for the position are split across three key roles:

  1. Research: Tracking information about the different CORE models and supporting analysis on their financing needs, the roles of different stakeholders, and gaps that can be filled by funders and investors;
  2. Project Management: Ensuring progress across two separate projects focusing on CORE, each with unique sets of partners, deliverables, and programming; and

  3. Writing & Content Development: Supporting the creation of field-facing educational materials and practical tools for a variety of stakeholders working on CORE.
